Description
When defining a shell resource, I'd like to choose paths relative to the config directory. E.g. `cmd: $CONFIG/something` or even `args:$CONFIG/myscript.bat`.
I like an idea to embed PowerShell expansion engine into our shell resource, but I'm open for any other ideas.
