Description
The plugin should parse the `conanfile.txt` (or invoke Conan to extract the information?) and show the installed package list in the tool window (see #4), just like NuGet:
For now, it should be enough to just show the text entries as-is (e.g. `Poco/1.7.8p3@pocoproject/stable`).
