"Annotation complete" in the build tab

When having a Haskell file opened, this periodically appears in my Build tool window:

This obscures the actual build output and generally serves no purpose — can we somehow get rid of that?

Reproduce the issue with a Haskell file open and observe the IntelliJ Build tool window. Trace the plugin's build output integration to find where "Annotation complete" is emitted, then verify that the actual build output remains visible without that message.
