Check commit messages for valid Git commit hashes, then replace them

I've heard [BFG](https://rtyley.github.io/bfg-repo-cleaner/) does this.

It makes sense to implement this because the whole point of git-submerge is to preserve history (otherwise users can just do an ordinary merge).
