Automate dead link collection

Just now I've found that my Markdown posts have some dead links. The tooling for Markdown link resolve isn't too good (I've found no feature to map paths properly in my tools), so, I guess, it'd be a good idea to add a specialized linter for this case. It should collect all the local links inside of my posts and check if they're valid.
