Migrate from Disqus

Disqus is known as a heavy solution that tracks every site user, which is very unfortunate and unwanted.

[Commento](https://commento.io/) is open-source comment server. We should be able to deploy it into our infrastructure and use it from there.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the current Disqus integration and the deployment configuration, then determine how Commento would be hosted and connected. Done means Disqus has been replaced by a self-hosted Commento setup without the unwanted tracking.
