Remote Dev: Latest plugin version doesn't start

Hi there,

I'm currently experiencing this issue with AvaloniaRider: Plugin 'AvaloniaRider' (avalonia-rider) has dependency on 'com.intellij.modules.rider' which is not installed

I've installed the latest version, 1.8.0, in the remote environment.
