replace standard with eslint-*

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I use standard because it was to configure. but we cannot use them at our React projects. so maybe we need toreplace it with default rollup/eslint/prettier/addons setup

There plenty sources to find how to do it. can share upon request.
if we can add it and compare results from standard and latest eslint and see what is better.
