Description
**Describe the bug**
At data folder i cannot see an old version of the measurement system, that Wahaj created by hands.
we need it.
**To Reproduce**
the easiest way - go to releases folder - download some old version of plugin, that has those files - upload them back
**Expected behavior**
We should have both versions, generated and static.
