No internet in Windows VM

I've followed instructions here https://nowsci.com/winapps/kvm/. After i ran virt-win-gt-64.exe it still says that i don't have internet even though it added the Ethernet tab in the windows internet settings. SO I can't proceed to the next step of chaning the registry.
How can I connect to the Internet? My main OS is connected via ethernet to the internet
