no shared clipboard

When using winapps with spice tools installed, I am not able to copy text/links from windows apps to paste within the host OS
spice-tools is installed and when opening the VM inside virt-manager I can copy from the guest machine to the host, but when launching an application (in this instance outlook) I cannot copy content across to the host machine.
HOST:
Ubuntu 21.04 (X64)
Gnome(Budgie) 3.38.5 - X11

GUEST:
Windows 10 professional
