Icon on Dash to Dock misfuction after using WinApps

Description
Whenever I use WinApps I find a problem with the dock occurs. The hit box for icons on the dock will not behave normally if there is a window behind them. Clicking on the icon will instead click on that window. This problem begins as soon as WinApps is used for the first time in a session and persists after it has been closed. Normal behaviour is only restored on restart — the problem cannot be resolved via `alt+f2` + `r` for example.
