[Concept] Windows Hyper-V as default Windows for Winapps

By default, Winapps uses Windows, which everyone should upload individually to their computer. However, Microsoft gives away different versions of Windows for free (often for 90 or 180 days). Windows Hyper-V is a variation of Windows Server that is free completely. However, it has quite a few limitations and you need to check if Windows Hyper-V can be the default Windows instance for Winapps.

Disadvantages:
- No audio support
- No desktop (only console)
- Some applications may not work (which ones?)
- Lack of multiple languages

Pros:
- Free
- High performance

So far I was able to check and Windows Hyper-V 2019 (based on Windows 10 core) has RDP support. So there is hope. I'll keep testing things and maybe we can determine if it's suitable for this purpose.
