Description

After running/testing a few sessions of Win7 file explorer /internet explorer/command prompt or any other RDP apps it seems that more often than not the Linux window focus remains on the RDP apps, thus locking the user out of the Linux desktop until 1 or more RDP apps are closed.

After RDP apps are closed, mouse focus can be re obtained to the Linux desktop however the Linux Mint start menu/panel becomes & remains inactive after most RDP sessions seemingly at random. The Windows menu key still activates Linux start menus and other icons work with mouse click, just any/all panels break, including sub panels with clock and network icons etc.

Testing on Linux mint 20.1 / QEMU & virt-manager running Win7 full end of life image. Saw same behaviour on windows 10 vm testing but spent more time on win7 so far.
