Gnome-shell crashes when trying to launch Office apps

Description
Hi.
Gnome-shell in Ubuntu 20.10 crashes when I'm trying to launch Office apps. In debug mode there is no any useful information, in system log I don't know what to search.
Explorer, cmd, PowerShell and Windows session opens correctly. In Windows session i can open Office apps without any problem. Only sometimes apps just does not open at all.
