Description
When running as a standalone app, winapps doesn't seem to support invoking input methods other than English. For instance, I wasn't able to invoke either my `fcitx` (installed in Ubuntu) or the Windows IME in standalone MS Word. I was, however, able to change to the desired Windows IME in the "Full Windows" RDP session. Any suggestions for this problem?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in standalone winapps with fcitx and the Windows IME, then compare it with the Full Windows RDP session where input switching works. Trace how standalone apps handle input methods and define done as being able to invoke non-English IMEs in standalone MS Word.
