Black screen on UAC

Description
When requesting administrator access, a black screen appears and I'm unable to switch to any other window.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open explorer
2. Go to C:\windows\system32
3. Right click cmd.exe
4. Click on "Run as administrator"
