Cursor doesn't adapt (it's always an arrow)

This is probably a FreeRDP issue, but I'll file it here to be sure:

* When hovering over text, the cursor doesn't show a caret, it shows a normal arrow.
* When hovering overe the edge of a window, the cursor doesn't indicate that the window can be resized and shows the normal arrow instead.
* When loading, the cursor doesn't show any loading indicator
