Not working on 9.1.2 with YOURLS

I'm not sure if i'm doing anything wrong or this doesnt work.
I have OwnCloud on https://cloud.mydomain.com and i have YOURLS on https://go.mydomain.com
Both on the same machine.
Extracted the zip file:

owncloud/
apps/
shorten/
appinfo/
controller/
....
```

did logout from owncloud and login again.
Activated the Experimental Apps, and enabled Shorten.
Went to the Admin page > Shorten and configured it with https://go.mydomain.com/yourls-api.php and the signature
Still when making the link to share, it doesnt replace nor show anything to short it.
Got this on the error log:
Could not get application: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

Start by reproducing the sharing flow with the configured YOURLS endpoint, https://go.mydomain.com/yourls-api.php, and inspect the reported cURL error 60 in the error log. Done means the Shorten app successfully produces a shortened link instead of leaving the share link unchanged.
