Server: Enhance Evernote imports and File attachement handling

Hi,
when I stumbled upon ownnote I was eager to test it out.
I want to make the move from evernote to something self-hosted for ages and this project is better than anything I tested yet.
But I don't think that shrinking images and embedding them is a good replacement for evernotes File Attachment feature.

1) Why don't you add a link to the owncloud hosted file instead? The file is already there when importing the exported HTML pages from evernote.
2) If the attached file is a PDF you just include a thumbnail of the first page - this surely is not the intention of a note with an attached pdf. I for example use this evernote feature to store scientific papers next to my personal notes to that paper.
3) When multiple files where attached to an evernote note you only include thumbnails for the files (like evernote did) without making them a klickable link to the file itself (like evernote does).

This makes at least have of my evernote notes unusable in ownnote.

Furtheron it would be great if the categories set in evernote (which are exportable inside the htmls too) would be honoured.

And lastely make the Name field larger - only showing some 20 letters on a widescreen monitor is wasting space and loosing oversight. And please don't shorten the notes name during import. Some people like me used them to categorize their notes.
