image from own storage in OC: take example from oc

Description
currently the ownnote hs two limitations:
a) images to insert are taken from outside of user storage
b) encodes images in base64 for posted into editor
The user conversation paste files from users directory and works perfectly since oc 4.5 to oc 7.0.5 without changes.. please note https://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php?action=content&content=163889
the code can be improved to implement same way user-conversation does.. note the little directory icon on the chat box...
