Android: ownNote should show more granular message on connection problems

Description
If a general connection problems to the ownCloud server appears the app shows a certificate problem instead of a message like `server name could not be resolved` or `server could not be reached` and then the connection dialog is opened. This behavior doesn't allow to identify the root cause of the problem because it leads the user in the wrong direction.
