Built in example has not been updated to work with FF tables

Start by locating the built-in example in the nr-tables-nodes repository and reproduce the problem using CTRL-I with FF Tables Nodes v0.1.0. Update the example so the demonstrated flow works with FF tables, rename the demo flow from "flow" to a more descriptive name, and verify the example runs successfully.
