Improve Query text field size

### Description

Raised during dev demo:

> Query text field is unnecessarily small (ideally it would auto size to height but even a simple CSS vertical resizer would be better than nothing)

Start by locating the query text field in the repository's frontend UI and reviewing its existing styles. The work is done when the field provides more usable vertical space, ideally by auto-sizing or at least allowing vertical resizing as requested.
