Support an action to directly install given module from FF-Expert

### Description

FF expert install button should install the package and then feedback (closed loop)

A failed install should also feedback (see button modification sister issue)

NOTE: The palette manager should now **not** be shown - instead the reactive "install" button in FF-Expert will be the visual cues and feedback (i.e. installing spinner)

Additionally, since the palette manager will now NOT be shown, there is no info popup (it just installs) therefore the layout of the card needs to be tweaked
- add the text from the NR toast notification as a paragraph (in tip format light blue) see screenshot
- remove click from the outer Package box
- add hyperlink styling to the URL and make that an external url target

Bonus
The response might include the version installed info so that we can respond in the chat?
