Addition of Tool-Tip

Hello,

I love the new Db2 and currently migrating all my flows and controls accordingly

The new UI elements often have the capabilty of showing ICONS & Labels in the frontend, but using both is taking up a lot of space.

Would it be possible to use the label like a["Tool-Tip"](https://vuetifyjs.com/en/components/tooltips/#location) whenever a ICON is used (or optional) .. see below "Ask Copilot" whichappear when mouse is over the ICON.


I think this would help to simplify the UI space a lot
