UI Event: Filter by event type

### Description

It would be nice to have a checkable list that defines the full scope of UI Events included in core Dashboard (plus an option for "custom events" as this is allowed).

By default this list should _all_ be checked, but user can toggle events on/off, such that a `ui-event` node can listen to just `$pageview` events for example.

Can utilise the https://nodered.org/docs/api/ui/treeList/ component which is used in core's `complete `node.
