Interactive Canvas Environments

### Description

With Dashboard 1.0 two really nice add ons that I had seen were for UI SVG, and another for BabylonJS. Each providing a 2d and 3d canvas respectively, with which users can inject and manipulate content through Node-RED.

Capturing an epic here to work out whether these could become part of core. We could provide:

- SVG - as per @bartbutenaers's work
- BabylonJS (or ThreeJS) - https://www.babylonjs.com/
- Spline - https://spline.design/
