ui-chart - please add horizontal bar chart feature

hi team,

I'm just migrating my node-red UI stuff to dashboard 2 and found out, that horizontal bar chart option is missing.
for some data the vertical one looks not so good/intuitive and takes more space (specially for the series name)

Start at the ui-chart component mentioned in the issue and inspect how the existing vertical bar chart is configured. Determine the entry point for chart orientation, then verify that a horizontal bar option renders correctly for the same data and preserves the series names.
