Description

### Current Behavior

If Dashboard is installed as PWA on Android and it is in dark mode(all status symbols are white), then no status bar infos can be recognized.
See screenshot(40 is a grayed on white background):

Dark-Mode trouble

### Expected Behavior

The status bar background color must get a color of current Androids display mode, so the status bar is readable again like it is in light mode:

Light mode as reference

### Steps To Reproduce

Install Dashboard as PWA and open it.
Then switch Androids dark/light mode.

### Environment

- Dashboard version: 1.31.0
- Node-RED version: 4.1.1
- Node.js version: v20.20.2 on (Victron Venus OS)
- npm version: 10.8.2 (Victron Venus OS)
- Platform/OS: Victron Venus OS on CM4 16GB
- Browser: Chrome on Android

Research direction

Reproduce the installed Dashboard PWA in Chrome on Android, switching between light and dark display modes as described. Inspect the PWA's status-bar and theme configuration; done when the status bar remains readable with appropriate contrast in both modes.
