ui-number-input icon padding inconsistent with other widgets

### Current Behavior

You can see in the screenshot how there is extra padding for the icons with the ui-number-input vs the ui-text-input dashboard widget.

I also discovered that if you select the "right" positioning for the icon in a ui-number-input widget, the icon isn't visible at all.

### Expected Behavior

I would expect the icon positioning to be consistent for the various dashboard widget types.
