Node red dashboard 2 V1.23.0 upgrade

### Current Behavior

Just upgraded to V 1.23.0 and the number input node seems to be malfunctioning. Goes a bit weird (significant figure seems to disappear in the dashboard) when using 0.1 as the step value in the range parameters. It seems to be accepting 0.1 increments but only integers are displayed in the dashboard.
