Description

### Current Behavior

ui-gauge 2.0
the needle loses track of it's position.

### Expected Behavior

The needle should be in the correct position.

### Steps To Reproduce

I va tried this on three separate linux systems and it is so far reproducible 100% just by instantiating a sufficient number of the gauge.
SP,e tests indicate that this possibly happens when enough instances are instantiated with the needle preference ticked.

### Environment

- Dashboard version: @flowfuse/node-red-dashboard 1.17.
- Node-RED version: 3.1.10
- Node.js version: no remote ssh at present
- npm version: no remote ssh at present
- Platform/OS: Linux Venus OS
- Browser: Mac Safari +

Research direction

Review issue #1337 and the merged pull request #1353 first, then reproduce the problem by instantiating many ui-gauge instances with the needle preference enabled. Verify the behavior on the reported dashboard and browser setup; done means every needle remains in its correct position.
