Gauge breaks from changing dynamic properties

### Current Behavior

Hello,
When i change the dynamic parameters ("min" and "max" in this example) at the gauge, the element display breaks, the minimum and maximum remain the same on the element:

### Expected Behavior

When dynamic parameters ("min", "max") are changed, the ui-gauge element displays the new maximum and minimum correctly, including correct display of arc.

- Node-RED version: 3.1.0
- Node.js version: 12.22.9
- npm version: 8.5.1
- Platform/OS: Windows 11
