FRAMES

### Description

One key thing missing in Node-Red-Dashboard is FRAMES. You can only manage in groups. There needs to be a way to have one grouping higher to include "groups in a group". "Frames in a frame". Then a way to put a border (or not) around areas in your page. A way to control the sizing and location of the content if it is meant to be on something not-mobile and if you resize the page, it stays put and does not move content around on the page. You can do this in the editor, why not page content on the dashboard?
