Export from db to CSV and download

### Description

I am not sure if this id possible already but I need to prepare a file for export to the browser using the browser download API. This would be a great feature or if it is already possible would love to see an example on how this could be done.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating existing database export and browser download support in the dashboard, then determine whether CSV generation is already available or requires a new feature. Done should mean a documented, working way to export database data to CSV and download it in the browser.
