**I want to:** be able to set a custom avatar on my account

**So that:** other users on the platform can better identify me

We should have a reasonably flexible approach to the size and formats that we accept the file in and then if nessacery do any conversion server side.

- [ ] Supply image URL instead of uploading a file.
- [ ] Image is used in Forge app and Node-RED editor instead of default initials image
