Description
Migrate `SnapshotCreateDialog` and `SnapshotAssignDialog` from `pages/instance/VersionHistory/Snapshots/dialogs/` to the universal modal system. Both are snapshot-related and sit next to each other.
`TokenDialog` from `pages/instance/Settings/dialogs/` is small enough to include here if convenient.
Move to `components/dialogs/instance/`.
