Fix placement of action buttons on Team Settings > General tab

### Description

The action buttons on the Team Settings General tab are visually out of place:

- The "Edit team settings" button is poorly positioned in its default state
- The "Cancel" and "Save team settings" buttons are also out of place once the team settings are being edited

Update the layout and styling of these buttons so they're positioned consistently with the rest of the page and follow the standard FlowFuse design patterns for primary/secondary actions.
