### Description

Multiple entries on the Team Performance page display an "Error fetching live data. Please try again later." message. The issue is reproducible both locally and on production, but Sentry does not appear to be capturing these errors.

Action items:

- Investigate the root cause of the live data fetch failures and fix them
- Verify why these errors aren't being reported to Sentry, and add proper error logging/capturing so they're visible going forward
