MCP exposing FlowFuse - Remotely control the Deployment of a container remotely

### Description

It would be a useful feature to prompt an agent outside of FlowFuse to build a flow that takes a schema source and a schema destination. This would allow flows to be created on the fly and tested via the CI/CD pipeline.

MCP Features would include something like this:

- grab flows from source
- push flows to source (replacement)
- Test flow
- deploy flow

Maybe this already exists, but it would be a nice feature to allow ad hoc remote connections between systems.
