As a Node-RED developer I would like to have a possibility to install custom version of a module on my Remote Instance

### Description

As a Node-RED developer using FlowFuse to manage Remote Instances, I want to specify an exact version (or version range) of a palette module to install on a Remote Instance, so that I can control exactly which version of a dependency runs on my device, independent of what is currently the latest release on npm.

This functionality is available for Hosted Instances, in the `Palette` → `Default Modules`.
