Include user information in Remote Instance Deploy audit log

### Description

Currently when a deploy and auto snapshot triggered for a Remote Instance in Developer Mode the user information is not logged.

This is because currently all actions on the Remote Instance is carried out as a generic shared user and the FlowFuse user interacting via the Editor Proxy is not passed down to the Remote Instance.

It may also be useful to log when a user accesses the remote editor.
