When viewing Device Group as admin, we get double banners

### Current Behavior

When viewing a team you are not a member of as an admin user, we show a banner to remind you that you're being admin.

When viewing the Device Group page, we get double banners:

### Expected Behavior

Just the one banner

### Steps To Reproduce

1. As admin, view a team you are not a member of
2. Navigate to an Application -> Device Group page
