Acceptance Criteria:
- [ ] Inhibit action if a shade is present (i.e. editor is open)
- [ ] Close Expert upon invoking "import" action to provide more space in the NR workspace to drop imported nodes
- [ ] Close Expert upon invoking "install node" action to prevent the toast overlap when user hits "install"
