FF Tables graphic and empty state icon

### Description

We' need an info graphic and empty state icon for the tables feature.

The info graphic is vaguely described in the parent task (created from a note on the tables follow up task). The info graphic will be used when the user has access to the tables feature but doesn't have any tables:

This would be a good occasion to replace the empty state icon, which doesn't relay the feature:

**Considerations:**
- Where will the image be displayed/shared, product? blog post? social media? presentation? website?
- flowfuse application, tables page
