Re-Generate device credentials from the device page

### Description

The only place I know how to re-generate device credentials is from the device list page.

We should allow users to re-generate their device credentials at least from the device overview or settings pages.

Start by examining the device list page, where credential regeneration is currently available, and compare it with the device overview and settings pages. Add the same user capability to at least one of those pages, then verify that users can regenerate credentials from the chosen device page.
