Create issues to tackle responsiveness of body of tabs visible in drawer in immersive editor

## Description

This issue tracks the need to address responsiveness problems with tab content inside the drawer when viewed in the immersive Node-RED editor.

## Context

This is a follow-up from PR #6234: Various tabs in the drawer have responsiveness issues that should be addressed separately. Specifically:

- General instance overview tab content responsiveness issues at various viewport sizes (Especially in drawer)
