Unclear Hosted Instances search results

### Current Behavior

When searching for a Hosted Instance, typing `dev` or `node` returns instances that probably shouldn't be displayed.

### Expected Behavior

When searching for Hosted Instances, the search results should include only those instances whose name or application name matches the search term.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in the FlowFuse platform
2. Click `Hosted Instances` from the left menu bar
3. In the search bar on top of the instance's list, type `dev`
4. Instances like `fftools` or `Dashboard-HMI` are displayed
