Create landing page on FlowFuse for self-service POC

### Description

Create a landing page that advertises the self-service POC.

Points to include:
- Sales and Customer Success enablement from day 1 (as desired)
- Engineering support for help with architecture, Node-RED, etc.
- All Enterprise features
- No obligation beyond the initial 90 days
- Option to work with Sales for a longer deal if desired
- Still have the option to contact Sales first to set up a custom trial
- Point to: create account, navigate to Billing, choose Enterprise, then select the POC option (confirm labeling)
